  • Dumbbell Bench Press:
    • Target Muscles: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
    • How to: Lie on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended straight up. Lower the dumbbells to the sides of your chest and press them back up.
  • Dumbbell Rows:
    • Target Muscles: Back (Lats)
