TOP QUICK AND EASY PLYO FOAM BOX CORE EXERCISES:
  • Box Jumps: Start by standing in front of the box, jump onto it explosively, landing with both feet softly on the box surface. Step back down and repeat. This exercise enhances lower body power, explosiveness, and cardiovascular endurance.
  • Step-Ups: Place one foot entirely on the box, pushing through the heel, and step onto the box. Lower back down and repeat with the other foot. This targets the quads, hamstrings, and glutes while also improving balance and stability.
  • Box Dips: Sit on the edge of the box, gripping the edge with hands beside your hips. Move your hips off the box and lower your body by bending your elbows. Push back up to the starting position. This exercise works the triceps, shoulders, and chest.
  • Burpee Box Jumps: Begin in a standing position, perform a burpee by going into a plank position, then jumping up explosively. Instead of just jumping up, add a box jump onto the Plyo Box after the explosive jump. This combines cardiovascular endurance, strength, and explosiveness.
  • Toe Taps: Stand facing the box and lightly tap the box with one foot, alternating between feet rapidly. This exercise improves agility, coordination, and lower body endurance.
